Kim Barnette, Ph.D.

A Ph.D. graduate in Operations Research from North Carolina State University, Kim brings with her the analytical tools and innovative research skills needed to assist managers in their strategic decision-making and planning. Kim is an active member of INFORMS (the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences) and has presented her doctoral research at INFORMS fall meeting. Prior to her graduate tenure at North Carolina State University, Kim completed a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Spelman College.

Since joining Booth Morgan Marketing Innovation, Kim has conducted cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analyses of alternative investment scenarios for organizations considering information technology and E-commerce solutions. She has also designed and performed workflow simulations of customer service centers. Her other areas of expertise include customer profiling and segmentation through data mining techniques, and input-output modeling to analyze resource allocation across major business units within a single organization. :: back to Our Team...Your Team
