Michelle Guillerman, CPA

Michelle Guillermin has 15 years experience in re-engineering, process management and internal controls with a special emphasis on the financial services industry. She was previously Vice President-Process Management at the Prudential Bank (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prudential Insurance) where she managed the reengineering of Bank Operations as well as developed processes, systems and relationships which facilitated the interaction between, and development of, products offered jointly through the Bank and Prudential Securities.

She managed Baldrige Quality Assessments and ensured application of Quality principles within the Bank. She also participated in the development of an Internet site for the Bank, as well as introduction of the Prudential Bank to the Prudential's Internet Web site. Earlier, she was Assistant Comptroller of the Prudential Bank.

Before joining Prudential, Michelle provided consulting services, both independently and as a Consulting Manager in Ernst & Young's Financial Services Group. She joined E&Y in the Audit Division.

Michelle has a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Public Accountant. :: back to Our Team...Your Team
